Kershaw Folding Knives

Kershaw is a fantastic brand—I think anyone who has used a Kershaw knife can attest to that. Another plus of Kershaw knives is that they are a huge bang for your buck. We haven’t really talked about Kershaw on Get a Knife much before, so I thought I’d highlight a few including our favorite Kershaw knife here at Blade HQ. Take a look!

Kershaw Leek

The Kershaw Leek is super sleek (and I didn’t say that just because it rhymes; it really is true). The Leek is a spring assisted knife and it has some other nice features that really add a lot to this blade. For example, it has a tip safety lock, which isn’t super common on spring assists. This knife also features Kershaw’s SpeedSafe technology to open the blade. SpeedSafe is extremely secure and long-lasting, so it’s definitely a good thing to have on a knife. Also, did I mention this knife is made in the USA? That right there should convince you that this is a good blade. All in all, this is a great option for everyday carry knife.

Kershaw Cryo

This is a pretty prestigious little knife.  Not only is it one of Kershaw’s more popular folders, it also won “Best Buy of the Year” at the 2012 BLADE Show.  The Cryo features a frame lock and a lock bar stabilizer, which prevents you from pushing the lock bar too far. (If the lock bar is pushed too hard/far, it can over spring the lock. If this happens, the knife can no longer lock up, and the knife is useless.) This is a really solid knife for a great price—another great everyday carry option.

Kershaw Scallion

The Kershaw Scallion is a great little spring assisted knife.  The knife pictured above has texturing that makes for a great grip, but the Scallion is also available with stainless steel or aluminum handles. This knife also has SpeedSafe technology, and it has dual thumb studs, a tip safety lock, and it is made in the USA.

Kershaw knives are pretty amazing. Check them out at Blade HQ!
