We checked in on the guys at Cold Steel Knives the other day to see what they are up to over there. Turns out, they have a ton of new stuff coming out this year.
New Cold Steel Products for 2011:
Cold Steel Grivory Paradox – 24PG
This is intended to be a more affordable version of the aluminum paradox. It will have a 4″ blade.
Cold Steel Counter Point I and II – 10ALC and 10AMC
These folding knives are similar to the Counter TAC boot knives. They are even smaller and lighter, with the classic boot knife shape. The Counter Point I will have a 4″ blade with AUS 8 steel and grivory handles. The Counter Point II will have a 3″ blade.
Cold Steel Hold Out II and III – 11HL(S) and 11HM(S)
This knife is patterned after an ancient Scottish Warrior Knife. It will be available with both a plain and serrated edge. The Hold Out II will have a 4″ blade and the Hold Out III will have a 3″ blade.
Cold Steel Mini Tuff Lite – 20MT(S)
This is a cool mini folder. It’s perfectly sized to slip into a pocket, clip to your waistband, or wear around your neck on a lanyard. This knife has a 2″ blade and grivory handles. Available in both plain and serrated options.
Cold Steel Tanto Lite – 20T
This is a more economical version of the popular Cold Steel Tanto Knife. The only major difference will be a slightly thinner 4116 Krupp Stainless Steel blade.
Cold Steel 5.5″ Paradox – 24PA
This is a new larger version of the aluminum paradox.
Cold Steel Rajah III – 62KGMS
The Rajah III is now being offered with a serrated edge.
Cold Steel G-10 Espada – Medium (62NGM), Large (62NGL), and Extra Large (62NGX)
New G10 version of the popular, but expensive espada series. The nice thing about the new G10 versions is that they are the same knives where it counts, at a fraction of the cost.
Cold Steel Voyager Series – Clip Point, Tanto, and Vaquero Blade Options
This knife now features grivory handles, and comes in medium, large, and extra large versions for each blade style.
