After reading the title of this post you might be thinking, “Psh. Key chain knives? Why would I need one of those?”
Good question. I have a few answers for you:
1) On occasion, there might be places you don’t want to bring your everyday carry knife. A key chain knife, on the other hand, is small and discreet so you can take it more places than a normal knife.
2) How often are you without your keys? If you’re like me, then you’re rarely without them. If you have a key chain knife, then you’ll rarely be without a knife, too.
3) A key chain knife is something you can buy your girlfriend/mom/sister/whatever and she’ll like it because it’s “cute.” Don’t try to understand the logic behind that—just take my word for it.
There are actually quite a few different types of key chains at Blade HQ ranging from flashlights to lanyards to magnesium fire starters, but I’m just highlighting some knife and multi-tool key chains for today. Take a look:
(Some of these include the key ring while others just have a hole so you can attach the knife to your own key chain.)
